I can not recommend Al and Wisden homes enough. He really has been the most helpful estate agent I have dealt with. I was buying a house from people I knew well and he made the transaction go so smoothly from negotiating the price ( which could have been awkward) to liaising with the solicitors and keeping both myself and the vendors informed at every step. There was a slight delay with my mortgage application but he kept in touch in a non irritating and friendly way to check it was progressing and kept the vendors informed. As its Al’s business there is very much a personal feel with Wisden homes rather than using a larger estate agent. I would recommend selling your house with Wisden Homes, it really has been the easiest house sale I have done !
