Our Fees:

We have a very simple and excellent value fee for selling your property which is 0.7% + VAT of the sale price of the property subject to a minimum fee of £3500 + VAT and  No Sale- No Fee. 

There is nothing to pay until Exchange of Contracts and fees are paid out of proceeds to the sale on Completion.

For Buyers, we meet you at viewings and show you around. Also we are here to make you feel confident and relaxed and can advise you on any part of the process of your purchase - don't hesitate to call or email.
